QP Recovery Services was established by a dedicated team of real estate professionals with a strong background in foreclosures since 2018. Through our extensive interactions with homeowners in distress, we recognized a critical need for comprehensive legal aid for these individuals. Many vulnerable homeowners were found lacking essential information and support necessary to safeguard themselves from unscrupulous housing practices and secure representation in court.

Furthermore, we observed a significant gap in the system where post-foreclosure, the courts do not always guarantee that homeowners are informed about potential surplus funds resulting from the sale of their properties. Unfortunately, the foreclosure journey is often intricate and overwhelming for those involved.

Recognizing these systemic deficiencies, QP Recovery Services was established to bridge these gaps. Our mission is to support and guide individuals navigating foreclosure by presenting all available options and ensuring that those who have endured the process receive the surplus funds rightfully owed to them in accordance with the law.
